10 Scary and Fun Halloween Treats that are Super Easy to Make!

As All Souls Day quickly approaches it calls for a vibrant celebration of Halloween in this lazy October.  And if you love hosting wonderfully crazy parties then you will need some yummy yet scary snacks to keep people’s bellies happy. Here are a few recipes you should consider while planning your haunted Halloween party. 

1. Monster Rice-Krispie treats

These yummy treats are made simply by mixing melted marshmallows with puffed rice and adding green food coloring and topping them off with edible googly eyes

2. Apple and marshmallow teeth

This creepy looking treat is actually delicious and super easy to create. As lips you will require two slices of apple that hold a full line of marshmallows that resemble teeth which is help up with peanut butter, et voila!

3. Ghostly strawberries

These delicious ghosts will be the talk of your party especially if you have little guests (kids). Simply cover strawberries with white chocolate and use chocolate chips to form a mouth and 2 eyes. Booo!

4. Graveyard Dirt cups


Using gummy worms, tiny candy tombstones and sugar bones you can cover a crushed Oreo ‘earth’ that sits on top of a yummy instant chocolate pudding. These tiny graves are sure to be the highlight of your party!

5. Hotdog Finger buns

These savory snacks are not incredibly tasty but are also very easy to make. Simply slicing a nail shape on the top and a few strokes towards the middle of the hotdog to resemble a finger and slipping it inside the bun along with a generous amount of blood, oh sorry, I mean ketchup and you are done!

6. Ghost Pizza bagels

These mouthwatering tiny pizzas will drive everyone at your party crazy for them! A simple tiny pizza that is topped with cheese slice in the shape of a ghost with pieces of olives for eyes.

7. Bloody White chocolate apples

These cursed yet delicious apples are made in a very easy way. Starting with dipping almost to the top of the apple in melted white chocolate and then slowly applying blood red melted candy from the top dripping down. These will surely be the instant special at your spooky party, especially among those dressed as witches!

8. Pumpkin Ice bucket

Although this seems easy enough to do, actually carving out a pumpkin to the shape of a big bowl isn’t so easy. Still the idea is absolutely smashing. And this bright orange ice bucket will surely amuse everyone there!

9. Cranberry punch with hand shaped ice

This scary looking drink is a super fun way to spook a regular punch. Simply filling water in properly cleaned rubber gloves and freezing them and later on dropping them on top of delicious cranberry juice spiked with vodka. Simple, spooky and soooo tasty!

10. Witch Hat Cupcakes

You can make your Halloween cupcakes interesting by topping them off with an edible witch’s hat. With the cupcake icing as the base, place a thin dark chocolate cookie for the ‘brim’ of the hat, and the cone on top. Then carefully pipe a belt with its buckle around it and you’re witch hat cupcakes are ready!

These are quite possibly the cutest treats for Halloween that I've ever seen and I love how easy you've made them to make! If only I had kids and we were big on Halloween over here but definitely something I shall bookmark for the future!

I'm not really a fan of Halloween, as celebrated, but these are great ideas for those who do enjoy this holiday. The pumpkin ice bucket, however, would be suitable for any fall or harvest gathering.

These are so fun! I'm honestly not really a fan of Halloween, but I can appreciate the creativity behind these. The Chocolate covered strawberry ghosts are cute though and I love chocolate covered strawberries.
