5. Trap for Flies

Just like you, the flies are also attracted to the smell of wine. Flies are attracted to smells of something that’s fermented, and what else can be a better alternative than left over red wines? Pour some red wines in a small glass or bowl and place it near your kitchen windows or at places where flies attacks you more. You can also wrap the open portion of the bowl with a plastic wrap and poke some tine holes in it. In that way the flies can go through it but can’t come out.

6. Wine Works Fine as a Fertiliser

It can be added as a fertiliser. Add some leftover wine into compost bin and watch how it activates the bacteria that will help turn your compost into fertilizer. Don’t use too much though!

7. Prevents acne problems

Acnes are caused due to many problems. Wine is not the only solution. However wine can fight acne, as it has got AHA, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties. Apply red wine to your face and it will clear your pores and treat your oily skin.

Consult a physician though!

Use wine with your shampoo and conditioner. Or you can use it after you are done with shampooing and conditioning your hair. Rinse it with wine; specially the red wine. Wine contains antioxidants, such as bioflavonoid which protects against keratin degradation, thereby aiding in keratin growth.

A physician’s guide or advice is however necessary.
