Facebook Will Train Half a Million People by 2020 to Enhance Small Business.

Personalised online learning Facebook Digital Training and Facebook Startup have been launched to help small businesses and Indian citizens to grow by providing them digital skills which they need to compete in digital economical market.

The proposition has been made to train more than half a million people in India by 2020. After executing the plan they will develop it further with local organisations like EDII, DharmaLife, Digital Vidya and StartupIndia. Facebook also stated that they will provide training and digital skills to people who are in need of work, also to advise entrepreneurs and how to start set up business or how to help existing business.

The curriculum has loads of interesting stuffs that one needs to know in order to establish himself as an individual and also to learn leadership qualities and best skills to enhance one’s business. It shall include important skills for tech entrepreneurs and digital skill seekers including how to hire, how to protect one’s ideas, funding related ideas, regulations and legal hurdles that one need to consider, how to build up online reputation and other soft and critical  skills that’s required in modern era.

This initiative will open doors to business owners, entrepreneurs and non-profit organisations to achieve global reach. Furthermore it will it will turn a start-up idea to practical running business.

The Facebook Digital Training Hub will also enrich learners with content marketing initiatives, which will include social media basics, content writing, content developing which can be learnt by anyone like students, business owners etc.

The initiative will also include curriculum which teaches about business strategies, regulations, idea protection, business planning, hiring, market research, company expansion, funding etc.
