How to send money via WhatsApp Payments

It is important to remember that this payment feature works only if the receiver has linked their bank account or accounts with WhatsApp. You can either send money to the receiver via personal chat or a group chat.

Here’s how you send payments via WhatsApp:

Open the chat of the WhatsApp contact to whom you want to send money to. On Android phones simply tap on the Attach button. If you are using an iPhone, tap on the Plus button. Enter your desired amount or a note if you want. You need to provide with your UPI pin to authorize the payment and your money will be transferred in no time!
