Taylor Swift and her “Shake it off” lyrics are getting sued for copyright infringement

Oh TayTay why is everybody after you? The 27 year old actress is facing a new lawsuit, again for copyright, but this time for another famous lyric from her 2014 hit “Shake it off” where she apparently stole the lyrics “Playas Gon’ Play” from Sean Hall and Nathan Butler from their own 2001 song recorded by 3LW.
Swift already had a lawsuit against her in 2015 for copyright where R&B artist Jesse Graham demanded 42 million USD from Swift for stealing lyrics from his 2013 hit “Haters gonna hate” but it was dismissed by a California judge.

According to People magazine, Taylor’s representative says that they’ve got the new lawsuit in the bag, with this statement to TMZ- “This is a ridiculous claim and nothing more than a money grab. The law is simple and clear. They do not have a case”

All we can learn from this is that Miss Taylor is always in the spotlight and bang in the middle of all the drama. But what do you’ll think? Are you‘ll on Taylor’s side or with the others?? Comment below!
