The Big B Amitabh Bachchan along with 7 Others Get Notice from BMC for Illegal Construction

Amitabh Bachchan and seven others get a notice from The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) for illegal construction on their luxury bungalows thats coming up in Goregaon East. The Right to Information (RTI) activists Anil Galgali have sought the detailed information about the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices (MRTP) Notice that has been issued against the Bollywood superstar and seven other big personalities. These informations were sought by Anil Galgali from P South Ward Office of Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM). 

Galgali stated, “In 2016, Municipal Corporation along with Amitabh Bachchan has issues Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices (MRTP) notice to seven other people. They have made illegal construction in their Goregaon bungalow. They have made changes in their main maps for making illegal construction”. Furthermore he added, “The notices were sent after variations were observed by the BMC’s P-South Ward Office, in contrast to the Approved Plan of the bungalows scheme in Oberoi Reality’s Ciba Layout, near the Film City.”

The seven other person to whom the notice has been issued are, Rajkumar Hirani, Pankaj Balaji, Oberoi Realty, Haresh Khandelwal, Haresh Jagtani and Sanjay Vyas on 7th of December, 2016 under the Maharashtra Regional Town Planning Act said Anil Galgali.
